Assemblage: (a) carved wood colored with mixed media, amethyst, peridot & copper beads, copper nails through glass beads coiled with silver wire; (b) patinaed repoussèd copper panel; (d) stones with copper nails & coiled copper wire.
The application of heat & thin layers of transparent mixed media produced the final colors. Mixed media included Acrylics, crushed pigments & metals, flame, pyrography, resins, solvent dyes, alcohol inks, waxes & lacquer.
