| Assemblage of carved wood, copper in plain weave, hammered, tooled, formed, crocheted & coiled with mother-of-pearl, copper, hematite, peridot, glass, quartz & stained acrylic beads. The application of over 20 thin layers of transparent & translucent mixed media produced the final colors. Mixed media included: crushed pigments & metals, flame, resins, acrylics, solvent dyes, inks, gels, glass enamels & lacquer. |
