Assemblage of carved wood, repoussed brass & pewter panels, each on wood encased in tooled copper, handwoven copper wire & brass nails within a wood construction. The application of over 20 thin layers of transparent & translucent mixed media produced the final color. Mixed media included: crushed pigments & metals, resins, acrylics, solvent dyes, mica inks, gels, glass enamels, waxes & lacquer.
